Just to let you guys know I am 30. I've been trying to hypnotize myself to go through puberty again without much luck. Trust me you can do a lot with hypnosis. So I thought I could create this feat..little did I know my super powers are limited. Anyways, I felt I could have developed physically in certain areas more than I actually did. This explains why I look like a baby.
By golly I found the magic bullet. These roots have a pretty long affect. I'm getting aroused like I did when I was in high school. Yikes.
So the mushroom I took last night was crap. If you cook it for too long it turns into a bark. Weird. I drank 1/4 of the tea only to feel weird. I felt a little pain in my back like I had a pinched nerve. I woke looking rosey, probably from all the exercise. But as the day progressed my rosiness faded and the dark circles under my eyes became more apparent. My digestion was a little lose.
Forget that. I also find myself spacing out more than usual. I dump the tea and concoct a new one. This time using:
5 Dried Logan
handful of Lotus Seeds
1/4 Di Huang (Rehmannia) Patty
White Fungus
1/2 cup Aduki Beans
1/2 cup Chinese Dates
I took a 20 minute nap as the formula brews. The liquid came out dark brown. The taste was not bad. I felt like it tasted like harmony. I'm in a very good mood, as my tiredness goes away and I tell myself I can make it to the gym for another day. I take a logan fruit just for that extra sugar rush. Still a little spacey though.
My work out wasn't as intense on these lighter fruits than say on the roots. But then again I don't feel the need to kill anyone. I had to push myself a little more versus the roots giving me that extra endurance. Oh well. Great, I come out flushed again. I tend to get people to look at me a lot. Perhaps because I'm blaring red.
I noticed my muscles developing nicely. I do think I'm sexier. Like I got younger, hotter. Not sure. I went to the grocery store and guys were whistling. I guess that confirmed I'm hot stuff. :)
I took a shower and straightened my hair. My, my I feel beautiful! I can't for the life of me see any flaws. Just my big head or the herbs talking? Either way, I haven't felt this way in a while. Experiment, so far successful.

Chinese Herbs Day 1-4
Welcome to my blog. Interested in chinese herbs? Well follow along as I log in all my experiences with various herbs. The reason why I'm doing this is because I want to be a sufficient self healer. And experience beats text anyday. However, I don't recommend anyone try this. I have super self healing abilities. So I know how to get rid of toxins. Basically drink lots of water. :)
My problem with all doctors is that they either don't know what they are doing or they don't have the right energy to do it right. Plus it cost too much and takes too long.
Ok so I'm reading this book called Anti-Aging Therapy. Really, I look like a baby already, probably because I took TCM herbs as a kid, and it has permanently stunted my age. Nothing to complain about. So I'm having a hard time finding these herbs. When you try to decipher Chinese into english you have a bunch of ways to spell the same thing. For instance, some people use the word Qi while others Chi. You spell Bagua I spell Pa Kua. Whatever.
But when it comes to herbs, I'm more incline to say WTF than whatever. It's one thing to not know how to cast a spirit you never saw anyways away. It's another thing to get the wrong latin term and treat yourself for something else.
So Day 1
I went shopping at Ranch 99 and find my first herbs.
Dahurian Angelica Root
Chrsysanthynum flower
Black and White Fungus
But the book said I should get Dang Gui (chinese angelica root)....hmmmm....I'm going to die aren't I? Nevertheless, I made my first tea using 10 oz of water a couple strans of my Angelica root, and seeped it in the dried flowers. The effect....warming of the hands. I felt comfy and cozy.
I drink half and save the other half for the next day. I wake up very aroused. Hmmmm. I notice my skin is oily and shiny. I felt like I'm going through puberty again.
Day 2
I finished the tea. Decided to go shopping again. This time I found:
Radix Astragali
My book, however, said I should get Huang Qi (Astragalus Root). Scared and curious I boiled my astragali anyways. I took a cup of that. The next morning I had a tough time taking a piss. My eyes were warm and tired. I feel myself turning into a semi-hulk. I decide to blog about the evils of weed and tell all the weed smokers off. My neighbor a user and part time dealer comes knocking at my door and confronts me. Instead of being my caring self I was like go f* off and point the finger at him saying weed makes him an emotional mess, and it's why he can't tell what's right in the world and it's the reason why he keeps on having to confront me over trivial matters. I was totally inconsiderate and rude and strangely I was loving it. Then I started to feel a tad negative. Like my anger is taking over.
Day 3
I was at work, realizing I have too much yang energy. I really wasn't myself. Really angry. So I had to drink a lot of water to get rid of the excess. Phew. I could pee again. Ok forget that crazy combo. I come to a realization and I tell my weed smoking girl friend, look, every plant you take is medicinal. There is a limit to any plant being helpful. Yah, yah, weed helps with emotional issues and pain, etc, but once you get off of it returns. I asked her how much she spent to feel better like 50 bucks a pop? I was like it probably cost you the same going to therapy and that kind of fix is permanent. She still tells me it's good for this and that, and I was like so are my Chinese herbs. But you go and take the wrong dose and you can go mad just like with any medicinal plants. There are chemicals in all plants, and there is no such thing as a plant you take without limits. Even too many carrots can cause constipation. So we agree no more pot for her. She's going on a natural high from now on. So, I deleted my blog.
Anyways, back to me. My friend told me I looked pale. I must have the wrong herb since Dang Gui (Angelica root) is suppose to increase circulation and Astragalus more energy. The only thing I feel is my heart racing. You know that feeling that feels like only bad things happen to you, and you're going to get everyone back? I was like no, this is a sign of imbalance, I need to get a grip. I think what happened was that it increase my stomach chi and decreased my kidney's. So I guess I got to experience what it feels like when anger is associated with a biological imbalance. People with overactive livers should really stop the alcohol/chemical abuse. Not good on the soul or body.
Anyways, suspected my Astragali, was the culprit. So I remove it. I drink only the Angelica Root and the flowers. My hands are hot and my circulation is kicking in. My hands are always cold by the way. I drank half and saved the other half.
Day 4
Next day, the internal heat makes it hard to go pee again, but I'm not so angry, actually very goofy as usual. I can feel heaviness in my eyes, like they're going to burn. I'm aware of my emotions and keep it under wraps. Pretty happy most of the day.
So I go buy some more herbs for testing. Add to my list of tests is:
Huang Qi (Astragalus)
Qi Lin (Huge Ass Mushroom)
Dried Logans
Pickled Yellow Plum
Lotus Seeds
Remainia
So I cheat on my south beach diet and eat the sweet pickled plums. Note to self...I hate south beach. I notice things cooling down a bit. Not so sickly. Then right before I hit the gym I had two dried logans. I think logans are a beauty fruit. I'm looking very pink and pretty. When I got to the gym, same routine, now I am beet red. It was the workout of my life. But it was the same routine! I realize my blood was blocked which was probably why I got lazy and tired when I work out instead of energized. I used to have the endurance of a marathon runner. What gives! I thought it was just old age, but now I realize it was bad health. Well I have been seeing a few acupuncturists who I suspect are either misdiagnosing or mistreating. Cuz I only get more tired after seeing them. One time I thought I got better and then it all drained away. Not sure what it was since I cut back on drinking big time. FYI, once you have a bad relationship with the doctor, you never know what kind of energy they accidently pass on to you. It's nothing personal. They probably can help others just not you. Because to heal you they must love you, not be mad at you.
Anyways, people were staring at me, because I'm beet red of course. But as time passes and am a beautiful flushed color. You know that color you had as a teenager. I like it. Felt very sexy and alive.
At night, I boiled some of that fat mushroom. Now I'm sleepy. I think the mushroom slows down the energy, it tasted like spit balls.
Right now, my tounge is kind of swelling. Too much yang. We'll see how I feel.
